The organizer of the competition is the Polish Canoe Federation, in cooperation with the Polish Canoe Foundation.

4. Financial conditions and accommodation
The cost of stay (full board, lodging, transportation Poznan airport /railway station hotel and back, local transportation organizing and costs) depends on the standard of the hotel at which you will be staying.
HOTEL CATEGORY

RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE THROUGH THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE.
BOOKING MUST BE MADE BY FEBRUARY 20, 2010 TO THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE.
Upon arrival the hotels may collect a deposit of 50,-EURO (i.e. fifty) per person directly from the guests, as guarantee for any eventual damage caused. The hotel is obliged to return deposit if collected in full upon departure or if necessary after having deducted the costs. The Organizing Committee does not take any responsibility for any extra service of the hotel, like mini bar, telephone, parking etc., these costs are directly collected by the hotel.
The rooms are vacated till 12.00 hours on the day of the departure as it is internationally usual.

The accommodation fees indicated at the different categories include the following services:
Accommodation and three meals per day, bus transfer from the airport/train station Poznan, hotel and back, shuttle bus: on the competition days according to the timetable, training bus according to the timetable on request, accreditation costs, the supply of mineral water for free during competition days, medical care and security service at the race course, fees for the use of the regatta course and its facilities, trailer parking, access to services and equipment provided.
Participants who want to arrange their own accommodation will pay the Accreditation costs of 30.- EUR per person, per day. Accreditation costs included:

5. Payment deadlines
The following deadlines apply for payment of participation fee and for accommodation
 - April 16, 2010   - deposit of 30% of total costs must be transferred to OC
 - May 28, 2010   - deposit of 30% of total costs must be transferred to OC
 - June 25, 2010   - deposit of 40% of total costs must be transferred to OC

6. Cancellation terms:
 until May 8, 2010     no deduction
 until May 22, 2010 - 30% of the participation fee will be deducted
 until June 8, 2010  - 50% of the participation fee will be deducted
 after July 1, 2010  - 100% of the participation fee will be deducted

7. Boat Transport
Please contact with the office of the OC to obtain the accurate information.

8. Insurance
All official participants of the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships are strongly advised to take out a medical insurance policy in their respective countries.

9. Medical care
The following medical services are available for all official participants of the above event: physician on duty, hospital and clinic assistance. A medical centre will operate at the regatta course with ambulance and first aid. All costs above the regular care to be covered by the medical insurance policy; the Organizing Committee does not take responsibility for such expenditures.

10. EU Visa Requirements
